Cavalls ships all orders through Correos. All orders are dispatched from Madrid, Spain. Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information at the address provided during checkout.
Handling time is 1–3 business days. During high-demand periods this may be slightly extended.

Cavalls is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or factors outside our control. Customs offices may require additional documentation or processing time.
For shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, customers must provide their DNI/NIE number.
For orders to the United States, all import duties and taxes are included in your order total — there's nothing extra to pay on delivery. For other non-EU destinations, orders may be subject to local import duties and taxes on arrival, payable by the customer. Your local customs office can provide more details.
If a shipment is marked as delivered but has not been received, please contact us at info@cavallsstudio.com and we'll help resolve it.
