We'll send you a prepaid return label by email, wherever you're returning from. Once your item arrives back with us, we'll refund your order to the original payment method, minus the return shipping cost for your zone.

Condition
Items must be returned unworn, unwashed and with all original tags attached. We can't accept returns that don't meet these conditions.
Refunds
Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after your item arrives at our warehouse. During collection launches, holiday campaigns or Black Friday periods, processing times may vary slightly.
Exchanges
We don't offer direct exchanges. For a different size or piece, simply place a new order and return the original.
