Returns & refunds:

You have 15 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To start a return, email us at returns@cavallsstudio.com with: — Your order number — The item(s) you'd like to return — The reason for the return (optional)

We'll reply with the next steps.

Europe We'll send you a prepaid return label by email. Once your item arrives back with us, we'll refund your order to the original payment method, minus the return shipping cost.

United States & Rest of the World You arrange and cover the return shipping — we'll provide our return address by email. Once your item arrives back with us, we'll refund your order in full to the original payment method.

Condition Items must be returned unworn, unwashed and with all original tags attached. We can't accept returns that don't meet these conditions.

Refunds Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after your item arrives at our warehouse. During collection launches, holiday campaigns or Black Friday periods, processing times may vary slightly.

Exchanges We don't offer direct exchanges. For a different size or piece, simply place a new order and return the original.
